To update your Firm's branding within your FuseDocs Application please follow the below instructions: 


1. Open your FuseDocs Application.


2. Navigate to 'Champion Tools' on the top banner (if you do not have access to this feature, please consult your internal FuseDocs champion or please log a support ticket here)


3. Select 'Edit Resources'.


4. Scroll down until you see the resource you would like to edit - For this example we will change the Cover Page template. 


5. Select the icon that looks like a folder. Your branding will then open in Word format.



6. Within the word document you will then be able to make any changes required.  However please keep in mind the following:

  • Images within the branding can be replaced, however, ensure they are kept in the background (header) of the document 
  • Wording can be altered, however, be aware which areas of the document are being automated by FuseDocs, for instance, the automation might be similar to the below where {{wording}} is found - Therefore you would not alter the highlighted section without contacting FuseDocs support team. If you wanted to edit the wording that is not included in the {{wording}} area that will be fine.


7. Save the document somewhere within your system where the rest of your branding is saved, or to your desktop. 


8. To then upload the revised cover page to FuseDocs, select the arrow button which will allow you to navigate to and select the 'updated' branding file that you just saved. 



9. Select 'Save Resources' at the bottom of the page and the new branding will now be updated. Please note you may need to close and re-open your FuseDocs Application for the change to appear.
