Within FuseSign, there are two options for SMS Two Factor Authentication that can be set for your clients. 


Your SMS Two Factor Authentication can either be set up as a practice Default setting OR can be changed at a bundle leavel. 


The two options are as follows: 

  • SMS to Sign - This is where the client will be asked for their code after viewing to document and prior to signing
  • SMS to View - If using this option, the client won't be able to view their documents until they have entered their code


This is your preference based on the nature of the documents, but please note that the SMS to View option will use a credit per viewer, regardless if they are a view only or signing recipient.
