Within FuseSign you have two different options on how you would like completed documents to be sent through to your clients which can be set as a firm default or manually at a bundle level.
The two options available:
- Recipients emailed download link - Once the documents have been completed, the recipients will receive an email with a link to download the completed documents via a web page.
- Recipients receive email attachments - Once the documents have been completed, the recipients will receive an email with the completed documents attached available for saving
Please note, if you have the 'SMS to View' option enabled, when using the 'Recipients emailed download link' they will be required to enter a verification code in again, however, this will not consume any additional credits.
